TRUST GOD AND FOLLOW HIM

GROW IN GRACE

All I want is what the Lord wants for me nothing more nothing less because what He has for me is more than man or woman or mind can conceive on earth here. The more I read Exodus 14, the more I see the need to follow the Lord or walk with Him through thick and thin. We need to trust God always and believe that He is in control and not relate to God based on our circumstances or any other ground. As the song says, all other ground is sinking sand. We need to read the whole of Exodus 14 to get clarity of this. Exodus 14 helps us learn that God is in control. It was His original plan to bring out His children from Egypt even before they were born or even taken to Egypt. In the same way Salvation is His plan for us and the after math of it what Paul called “things that accompany salvation”.  That is the word, there are things that accompany salvation as God has planned it. As 21st Century believers, we don’t like going through. I have discovered by the help of the Lord to look for the EYE OF THE STORM – ie to find God whatever befalls me. What the world calls good and bad or good and evil may be different from how the Lord sees it or uses that situation. For instance, Rehab a prostitute, Ruth descendant of incestuous tribe are all evil in man’s eyes but Jesus came from such genes or better still, Jesus refined or renewed those genes!! God always let us know that His ways are not ours. For example, God says, in the body, He bestows more importance to the secret or what we call private parts and human beings do that as well. For instance if you do not wipe your bum well, you will smell everywhere, it does not matter how much you cream your face. No one will notice by your appearance whether you cleaned your bum or not. Sometimes we always look at the man on the pulpit meanwhile there are people who are making sure that the microphone work well or that the toilets are cleaned. We hardly honour such because they are in the background. Again, God or Jesus says do not rejoice that the demons are subject to you but rejoice that your names are written in the book of Life but when we cast out one devil, it becomes a platform for the ministry of deliverance and people are dancing on that. All that is good but I am just trying to let in on the fact that God does not focus on the externals which human flesh loves so much but he looks at the heart.

So if we are patient to read Exodus 14, the Lord will give us insight. The Lord had already purposed in Himself that He will harden Pharaoh’s heart to pursue even harder but He also affirms a couple of times that He will show Himself to the enemy, not only that but He will get Himself honour on Pharaoh and all his enemies. This fight has nothing to do with Moses or the other million or more people. It was about the Covenant God made with Abraham 400 years before. So I am saying that with or without Moses or the other millions, God already made up His mind to set His children free after 400 years and if Moses will not go at the time, God would have done it one way or the other because He purposed it and nothing can thwart that plan. This is important because we always think that our ten-point agenda or 50 ways plan earned us the blessing but God says that all our efforts to meet His criteria for Him to do things for us or with us ie our own righteousness are as filthy rags. He, the clean, Holy God is our righteousness. Now as we near the end of Exodus 14, we see that God lived to His word.

At the end you will see that it is not because the Red Sea opened that the children of Israel were saved. Verse 19 and 20 of Exodus 14 says that ever before Moses stretched forth his rod and the red sea parted, the Lord had already moved from in front of the camp of the children of Israel and came behind them and formed a pillar of cloud between the camp of Israel and the army of Egypt. Praise the Lord. Not only was there a wall of cloud, the Bible says one did not come near the other. Halleluya! God completely separated and protected them with His glory. Not just separate them, the cloud was darkness to the Egyptians but it was light to the children of Israel – Amazing Grace!! However, the children of Israel were looking at the physical. If they had looked to the God who delivered them in the first place, they would have just entered rest and walked on as if nothing was happening oblivious of the Egyptians because the Lord had already moved to protect them. Picture the Egyptians or enemies pursuing and suddenly darkness came. Imagine their confusion already ever before the Red Sea event that they could not see the people they were pursuing. My God! What a God! It was darkness to them so they could not see the children of Israel. However it was light to the children of Israel. They could see the enemy, the enemy could not see them but they did not know it that the enemy could not see them. Wow!! Halleluya!! They did not trust God and hence did not bother to look for the eye of the storm or the peak of the mountain or the bigger picture of God. They were afraid, ready to crucify Moses. Sometimes, when we are in certain situation, the enemy sometimes think “they are trapped” and plan heavily to steal, kill and destroy. The same things happen to us. We assume it is a see-saw game. We assume the devil knows God’s plan for us and he is trying to fight our destiny. That may be true but because of the glory of God, Satan cannot really understand God’s plan. The Lord is in control and He orchestrates everything and sometimes make the devil think that we are weak and helpless not knowing our helper the Holy Spirit is right here with us. God orchestrate things in such a way that at the end He gets all the glory. While the Lord is at work, it may sometimes be uncomfortable for our flesh so we go into a frenzy in what we call WARFARE because of our circumstances and the Lord is right there with us.

As I was meditating on this God showed me something else in the word when Jesus gave instruction to His disciples that “let us go OVER the other side”. He said that and went to sleep. He was in the boat with them and asleep. He had spoken the word. The disciples knew that His word is final. The inner rest of looking unto God from a transformed mind that trusts God always should be our ultimate. So it is not because the storm stopped that they got over to the other side but because Jesus had said it. He has spoken the word and it will not return void. They are going over with the Master storm or no storm. He makes the storm and the waves and their roars. He made the elements. So like us in our circumstances, they went into frenzy of prayers, calling the Master in panic and Jesus Christ stilled the storm and later questioned them – Where is your faith? He did not still the storm so they could get to the other side No! His word that upholds all things would have carried them even with the storm faster to the other side.

See such example in Paul. Paul while shipping to Rome encountered a heavy storm called Euroclydon, but He said that the Lord told him that they will all be saved and told those with him to eat and not be sad. The storm did not cease, but took them to “snake Island” where the Lord did even greater miracles. Unlike the disciples in the boat Paul said “I know whom I have believed that it shall be as it was TOLD me”. So the Lord was asking the disciple in the boat “where is your faith”? “Is it in the external events around you or in me and the word I have spoken? Let us trust God and put our faith in Him, in His word and what He is doing. Eventually, we will prevail over all our enemies by the hand of the Lord Himself not what we figured out. As it is written – “Lean not unto your OWN understanding of the matter or situation – TRUST GOD and His Son Jesus Christ that He has planned things before we were born and as we walk with him daily, things will fall in place. It is better to know His ways and not believe The Lord only because of His acts but rather let us know His ways so we can enter rest.

Exodus 14

¹And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

²Speak unto the children of Israel, that they turn and encamp before Pihahiroth (mouth of water), between Migdol (tower or rostrum or pulpit) and the sea, over against Baalzephon (Lord of the north): before it shall ye encamp by the sea. (No wonder they say between the devil and the red sea, The Lord used deception on the enemy, He positioned His people in a way that will make the enemy think that they are weak and helpless)

³For Pharaoh will say of the children of Israel, They are entangled in the land, the wilderness hath shut them in.

⁴And I will harden Pharaoh’s heart, that he shall follow after them; and I will be honoured upon Pharaoh, and upon all his host; that the Egyptians may know that I am the LORD. And they did so. (God will get Himself honour, He knows what to do through us and in us to get Him honour over all our enemies that trouble us concerning his plan)

⁵And it was told the king of Egypt that the people fled: and the heart of Pharaoh and of his servants was turned against the people, and they said, Why have we done this, that we have let Israel go from serving us?

⁶And he made ready his chariot, and took his people with him:

⁷And he took six hundred chosen chariots, and all the chariots of Egypt, and captains over every one of them.

⁸And the LORD hardened the heart of Pharaoh king of Egypt, and he pursued after the children of Israel: and the children of Israel went out with an high hand.

⁹But the Egyptians pursued after them, all the horses and chariots of Pharaoh, and his horsemen, and his army, and overtook them encamping by the sea, beside Pihahiroth, before Baalzephon.

¹⁰And when Pharaoh drew nigh, the children of Israel lifted up their eyes, and, behold, the Egyptians marched after them; and they were sore afraid: and the children of Israel cried out unto the LORD.

¹¹And they said unto Moses, Because there were no graves in Egypt, hast thou taken us away to die in the wilderness? wherefore hast thou dealt thus with us, to carry us forth out of Egypt?

¹²Is not this the word that we did tell thee in Egypt, saying, Let us alone, that we may serve the Egyptians? For it had been better for us to serve the Egyptians, than that we should die in the wilderness.

¹³And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD, which he will shew to you to day: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen to day, ye shall see them again no more for ever.

¹⁴The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.

¹⁵And the LORD said unto Moses, Wherefore criest thou unto me? speak unto the children of Israel, that they go forward:

¹⁶But lift thou up thy rod, and stretch out thine hand over the sea, and divide it: and the children of Israel shall go on dry ground through the midst of the sea.

¹⁷And I, behold, I will harden the hearts of the Egyptians, and they shall follow them: and I will get me honour upon Pharaoh, and upon all his host, upon his chariots, and upon his horsemen.

¹⁸And the Egyptians shall know that I am the LORD, when I have gotten me honour upon Pharaoh, upon his chariots, and upon his horsemen.

¹⁹And the angel of God, which went before the camp of Israel, removed and went behind them; and the pillar of the cloud went from before their face, and stood behind them:

²⁰And it came between the camp of the Egyptians and the camp of Israel; and it was a cloud and darkness to them, but it gave light by night to these: so that the one came not near the other all the night.

²¹And Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and the LORD caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind all that night, and made the sea dry land, and the waters were divided.

²²And the children of Israel went into the midst of the sea upon the dry ground: and the waters were a wall unto them on their right hand, and on their left.

²³And the Egyptians pursued, and went in after them to the midst of the sea, even all Pharaoh’s horses, his chariots, and his horsemen.

²⁴And it came to pass, that in the morning watch the LORD looked unto the host of the Egyptians through the pillar of fire and of the cloud, and troubled the host of the Egyptians,

²⁵And took off their chariot wheels, that they drave them heavily: so that the Egyptians said, Let us flee from the face of Israel; for the LORD fighteth for them against the Egyptians.

²⁶And the LORD said unto Moses, Stretch out thine hand over the sea, that the waters may come again upon the Egyptians, upon their chariots, and upon their horsemen.

²⁷And Moses stretched forth his hand over the sea, and the sea returned to his strength when the morning appeared; and the Egyptians fled against it; and the LORD overthrew the Egyptians in the midst of the sea.

²⁸And the waters returned, and covered the chariots, and the horsemen, and all the host of Pharaoh that came into the sea after them; there remained not so much as one of them.

²⁹But the children of Israel walked upon dry land in the midst of the sea; and the waters were a wall unto them on their right hand, and on their left.

³⁰Thus the LORD saved Israel that day out of the hand of the Egyptians; and Israel saw the Egyptians dead upon the sea shore.

³¹And Israel saw that great work which the LORD did upon the Egyptians: and the people feared the LORD, and believed the LORD, and his servant Moses.

Luke 8

²²Now it came to pass on a certain day, that he went into a ship with his disciples: and he said unto them, Let us go over unto the other side of the lake. And they launched forth.

²³But as they sailed he fell asleep: and there came down a storm of wind on the lake; and they were filled with water, and were in jeopardy.

²⁴And they came to him, and awoke him, saying, Master, master, we perish. Then he arose, and rebuked the wind and the raging of the water: and they ceased, and there was a calm.

²⁵And he said unto them, Where is your faith? And they being afraid wondered, saying one to another, What manner of man is this! for he commandeth even the winds and water, and they obey him.

²⁶And they arrived at the country of the Gadarenes, which is over against Galilee.

WHERE IS YOUR REAL FAITH

The Lord wants all His children to seek Him and know Him for themselves. Jesus said take heed what you hear and how you here. Also once you are born again attend a Bible believing Church that seeks God daily. Seek the Lord to know His specific plans, purpose, will for your life. That is why He saved you and that is why you are still alive. Listen to your ministers, pastors or apostles that the Lord has set over you but do not take their every word hook line and sinker. God does not want you to be like them because He has a specific plan for you hence He gave you the Holy Spirit to lead you and mature you in line with His specific eternal plans and purposes. Follow men only as they follow Jesus, if in any area they are not following Jesus, then you have responsibility to yourself to follow Christ in that area. We are all flesh and blood and God is working on us daily including the apostles and leaders. So Paul stressed that even though an angel comes to preach to you still test the spirit or simply put, test the word. Paul praised the Berean Christians of old Berea in this area saying that they did not take all he preached hook line and sinker but that they checked whether what he preached was so in this wise were nobler than those in Thessalonica. In current times, Christians are hardly told to seek the Lord for themselves but take men’s words hook line and sinker and many have been branded rebellious and ostracised for taking a stand for the truth of the grace and gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. Remember, we are not the good news, Jesus Christ is the good news. We are all beneficiaries of the good news and we preach because we want others to benefit from the good news of the Kingdom also. So we need to allow others to seek and find God. There are some three basic though not exhaustive but simple ways to test the words you hear even if the words are preached by an angel or by someone who has seen God or Jesus or even an apostle. First is it in line with the word of God? The next test is whether it ministers GRACE to the hearer. Is the message or word telling you to do something to get something or simply telling you to receive what Christ has already finished? Jesus did all the hard work so we can rest in His works. As Paul said, I am what I am by the grace of God. Paul also said, I fasted, prayed in tongue more than you, suffered, received stripes, put in prison, hungered, forsaken by men but concluded yet not I but the grace of God which was at work in me.  The final and most important test is does it minister Christ. Is Christ the foundation of the message? As a saved Child of God, everything is in Christ. Things are given by Christ, freely received and not by any effort of yours to earn it. What you do after you are saved is a result of what you believe eg praying, fasting, giving etc (ie by the grace and power of God through faith). These good things you do after you are saved are not to earn anything but that is who you are, a new living creature who has the mind of Christ and made in the image of God who is kind and loving. So you manifest those character as one made in His image – kind, gentle, humble, slow to speak, quick to listen, loving and obedience when the Lord speak. Paul says we have received sanctification unto obedience to the faith. I feel we have muddled the picture by preaching and seeking the glamour eg prosperity and other goodies of the kingdom, which are supposed to be addition instead of preaching the process of seeking the Kingdom and let the other things follow us or be added by the Lord Himself. So we become selfish and trapped in taking thoughts of our lives, circumstances, our bodies which the Lord admonished us to leave to Him and seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness. Simply put desire the Kingdom and will of God in HEAVEN to be done on the Earth. It is in the mind. Let our thinking change in line with God’s way. You can know His acts and not know His ways just like the children of Israel but you will not get the Promised Land that flows with all goodies. Out of about 2 million people from Egypt that knew His acts only 2 entered because they knew God that He loves faith. Only FAITH pleases God (ie resting and relying on Him and Christ’s finished work). Caleb and Joshua saw the enemies defeated from the Promised Land. They said God (not them) has removed their defence and that we are well able to take the land. They saw the finished work of Christ from far.

So the main thing to do after you are born again is to aspire to know God and the Lord Jesus and seek Him daily to know His heart and mind so you can devote to His plan and purposes and this may be different from your previous mind set. As you seek the Lord and spend time with Him, or as the youth say – “hang out with Him, you too will realise His awesomeness and certain things will begin to leave you eg you start to speak differently by the word of God, avoiding those things that are not good to your body the temple of God. It will not be questions of law of don’t do this or that but you will know and leave some stuff out of reverence for the Lord and His Christ. Your taste, desire, and eagerness to sin or do bad diminishes and you begin to desire the things of God more until those things which do not please God simply disappear because you do not count them as major anymore but you now prioritise the things that please God as you study the words of Christ, meditate on them until they become rich in you. In other words simply put, it is the truth that you know that will make you free as a Christian and child of the Most High God. We will talk about freedom and being free in some other message. However it is good to note that briefly that your liberty is not defined by how good the tangible things are on the outside. Just because you went for a job interview today and did not get it does not mean that you are not free. Your freedom is in knowing who you are in Christ and sticking to it despite contrary evidence. Eventually, things will line up. Jesus was asleep in the storm while the disciples were panicking. Jesus truly asked them “where is your faith” not “why did you not use your faith by speaking as I have spoken”. God asked Adam the same question – where art thou? So where is your faith in the storm or circumstances, is it in Christ or God or in the storm fearing that it can destroy you or resting in the Lord who said “let us go over to the other side”. Peter was in the boat, he was a fisherman and he knew that the tide can be high at sea sometimes and eventually there will be calm. So it is not because Jesus calm the storm that they got to the other side because He has already spoken “let us go over…..” and went to sleep. Jesus was free and using the power of His freedom within, of who He is and what He has commanded. However, whenever the Lord speaks, He said persecution comes because of the word, in other words, the devil shows up because of the word just like he showed up to test Jesus “if you are…” after God had said “This is my beloved Son. Jesus just referred Satan to God who spoke the word in the first place. That is where Jesus faith was – IN GOD. Jesus says have faith IN GOD. Some interpret it as “have the God kind of faith”. That is not what that scripture said. It says clearly Have faith IN GOD. So ask yourself – where is my faith. If it is in Christ, and not what the devil is waving or storming at you then consider yourself free indeed because that storm came to pass. So once you are born again, study the word and believe the revelation that the Holy Spirit gives you on that word. See the scriptures below

And the brethren immediately sent away Paul and Silas by night unto Berea: who coming thither went into the synagogue of the Jews. These were nobler than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.

Exodus 33:13

Now therefore, I pray thee, if I have found grace in thy sight, shew me now thy way, that I may know thee, that I may find grace in thy sight: and consider that this nation is thy people.

Philippians 3:10

That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;

John 17:3

And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.

Knowing God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit does not just merely know about good and evil, good or bad but Him until we reflect Him, His Glory Power and Kingdom

1 Chronicles 16:11-12

Seek the LORD and his strength, seek his face continually. Remember his marvellous works that he hath done, his wonders, and the judgments of his mouth.

Lamentations 3:25-26

The LORD is good unto them that wait for him, to the soul that seeketh him.  It is good that a man should both hope and quietly wait for the salvation of the LORD

THE MAKING OF A HOUSE OF PRAYER

GROW IN GRACE

Abundance of Grace and Gift of righteousness by Grace be unto you in the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

The Lord has seen me through many trials and troubles in my life but there are key foundations that He gave me during those periods. One is that He loved me and the other is that He has good plans for me. Also that whatever I have in the kingdom is free, so that for me sowing seed of material things and money to get something that God has given me freely does not sound gracious to me. Not that I do not like giving, indeed I am super generous when I am in money and with stuff. What I say here is not to put down any because the Church is of Christ and it is growing from glory to glory. At any level of glory, the Church is perfect.  I like to give freely and not even remember that I have given expecting nothing in return from men rather that my expectation is from the Lord.

Through all my afflictions, trials, troubles etc, the Lord had always drawn me closer and closer to Him, indeed was carrying me in His bosom but causing me to know Him more and more and His Christ. All these have caused me to develop a lifestyle of prayer more because I wanted to experience all that the Lord shows me in His word, every good thing in Christ. Initially when I started praying it was out of concern that I have not made it big like most “successful” men of our generation and more to get things from God or change my situation etc. Later, I discovered that God just wanted my full attention and to be focussed on Him alone, the source of all things. I wanted to attain those things that society use as criteria for success. However, I have come to know that God has a plan and that He has prepared everything for us and these plans unfold as we walk with him especially TRUST HIM ONLY. Don’t ever think that it is the time you went into the frenzy we call warfare that made your car or job appear. Far from it. Rather at the appointed time the car or job appeared according to His design and plan. This because though God allows us to partake of His glory or divine nature, no one can share in the glory due to the living God that performeth all things for us and through us.

Proverbs 3

⁵Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.

⁶In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

Psalm 57:2:

²I will cry unto God most high; unto God that performeth all things for me.

Now my desire changed. I wanted things to work on themselves while I seek the Lord. That is the kind of blue print I have from the word of God. I want the rest, easy yoke and light burden of Christ. I did not just want to chase one thing here and there but I wanted it all. I wanted things, stuff, and people to pursue me while I seek the kingdom or pursue God as the word of God says. To take on God’s business and let the Lord take on my affairs although He takes care of everything

Matthew 6

³³But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

³⁴Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.

Now I know the bigger picture that the Lord has been training me and increasing spiritual muscles in prayer so I can intercede for others, community and nations and all people and to make His salvation global not about fighting my corner. He is my corner, the chief cornerstone. Just look at what is happening around us daily and they are even guessing worse. If you are real Christian you know that only the intervention of our heavenly Father can bring any effective and permanent change in the lives and heart of people. You can’t help but leave selfishness and your corner and pray for others and the community around. God is not pleased when we just fight our corner. Thank God for my spiritual fathers, but that is the way I was brought up though I was grounded in the word from the teachings of my spiritual fathers. I was raised up as freedom fighter always fighting my corner, my family, my house, my car, my job, my career, earthly stuff etc. So we were in our so called warfare fighting and chasing after the things that the Lord said were to be added benefits of seeking and chasing after the Lord and the Kingdom. We were also chasing after miracles that the Lord said were to follow us. Indeed everything was reversed. Any where miracles are happening people will flock there and many become merchandised. I am not sure why that is but God knows. The Lord is taking His church to another level of glory. I know that God is not too pleased when we concentrate on our corners.

Isaiah 56

⁷Even them will I bring to my holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer: their burnt offerings and their sacrifices shall be accepted upon mine altar; for mine house shall be called an house of prayer for all people.

⁸The Lord GOD, which gathereth the outcasts of Israel saith, Yet will I gather others to him, beside those that are gathered unto him.

⁹All ye beasts of the field, come to devour, yea, all ye beasts in the forest.

¹⁰His watchmen are blind: they are all ignorant, they are all dumb dogs, they cannot bark; sleeping, lying down, loving to slumber.

¹¹Yea, they are greedy dogs which can never have enough, and they are shepherds that cannot understand: they all look to their own way, every one for his gain, from his quarter.

I wanted the Lord to save me from selfishness. I want to be a distributor of spiritual wealth in the word and also physical wealth not seeking or chasing wealth. I wanted to finance the gospel eg if a church needs a building to buy it cash for them without looking back and not for recognition. I wanted to be for the body of Christ and the kingdom not just to affiliate with one section or movement or group. I wanted to be a community Pastor. I am the same Sam-Best Ewruje with the same word of God but my mind is renewed now to know I am by Christ Jesus for the community, nations and the whole body of Christ. One may ask, what about my need, my family etc? This is exactly what the Lord is saying, seek me, cast your cares on me, do my business. My business is the earth, the world to know and avail themselves of my Salvation in Christ Jesus. Check the prayers of the apostles. Jesus said we will believe Him through the words of the apostles as it is today.

1 Timothy 2

¹I exhort therefore, that, FIRST OF ALL, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men;

²For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.

³For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;

⁴Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.

John 17

²⁰Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word;

The word says that you that is praying or labouring will be the first benefit of the result. As you work in the temple or house of the Lord He shines on you. Know that if the city where you are is prospering, you, your family and indeed all will enjoy it. If there are surplus jobs in your city, not only will your children take advantage of it but others will come from far places to enjoy it. I just want what the Lord is doing and what He is doing in Christ Jesus is bigger than you and your family, it is global. So think globally, but act locally as the Lord open doors. When you pray for the unity of the body of Christ, do not forget you are part of the body. That is exactly what intercession is. You number yourself among the people you are praying for. The prayer, which is starting point of all things including Supplication, prayer, intercession and giving of thanks is the reconciling sacrifice and offering between us and God, us and the people and us and us (inner reconciliation). This is the Spirit of reconciliation and this reconciliation of the world is the major ministry of God and His Christ and the Holy Spirit. That men be saved and be healed. Then other things line up with this purpose including resources and provision and people will give willingly without any fund raising tactics but willing and generous donations to the things the Lord is doing. The Lord may lay it on men’s heart to sell their houses or give infrastructures and this include the government and unbelievers. This is what happened with the apostles. Men gave substances and even houses.

2 Timothy 2:6:

⁶The husbandman that laboureth must be first partaker of the fruits.

Isaiah 53

¹²Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because he hath poured out his soul unto death: and he was numbered with the transgressors; and he bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.

As we pray the Lord may lay it on men’s heart to sell their houses or give infrastructures and this include the government and unbelievers. This is what happened with the apostles. Men gave substances and even houses. Men will ask to be part of what God is doing. God will advertise Himself that even secular TV will ask to film us for good. Communities will change, crime and unemployment will cease. The place where you are will flourish and become a tourist attraction with booming economy and that place will be automatically visible on the world map. It will be the Lord’s doing. People will prepare meeting for you to come and your diary will be full because you seek my heart, the nation, the people and desire to make My salvation global for the earth is the Lord’s and its fullness. Imagine you are praying for marriages and you are married, you think the Lord will help other marriages and leave yours. Far from it because God is not unrighteous. He will beautify your marriage to be an example for others. Sometimes the Lord will show you something through affliction so you know the state of things where you are, so in affliction, do not just pray for that need for yourself but for the community eg if you do not have a job, pray against unemployment and ask God to make employment available. He is the maker. Healing glory that will empty hospital will abound such that people will leave the hospital and come to the Great Physician Jesus. Yes, the Lord will give rain and as they say, it will not fall on one man’s house. Instead of praying Lord save my job why don’t you pray that your employer will not go bust? That way not only keep your job but others will enjoy that privilege with you.

Isaiah 56

¹Thus saith the LORD, Keep ye judgment, and do justice: for my salvation is near to come, and my righteousness to be revealed.

²Blessed is the man that doeth this, and the son of man that layeth hold on it; that keepeth the sabbath from polluting it, and keepeth his hand from doing any evil.

⁴For thus saith the LORD unto the eunuchs that keep my Sabbaths, and choose the things that please me, and take hold of my covenant;

⁵Even unto them will I give in mine house and within my walls a place and a name better than of sons and of daughters: I will give them an everlasting name, that shall not be cut off.

Remember, all the hardships and afflictions that has pushed you into a frenzy of constant prayer is the Lord building you up as a house of prayer. You may have though that this was to enable you get stuff from God by the activation of your faith. Know that the faith you have now is not yours. It is the faith of Christ which is in turn enabled by the faith of the operation of God by the power of resurrection. The bottom line is that we are a house of prayer for all people!! Be that house and fight the good fight of faith. There is good fight of faith and a bad fight of faith. You can have faith that move mountain but the only faith that counts is the faith of Christ that works by Love usually for souls. Be free and be blessed.

ALWAYS GOOD THINGS IN CHRIST – WHO ARE THESE UNCIRCUMCISED PEOPLE ANALYSING SOME OF GOD’S PEOPLE INTO A CURSE

From Sam-Best Ewruje, an able minister of the New Testament, not of man nor by man, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but by the will of God through the Grace and Mercy of Christ given unto me. Abundance of Grace and Gift of righteousness by Grace be unto you in the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

The word of God says that when the Old Testament is read, there is still a veil over people’s eyes but when we turn to the Lord Jesus, the veil is removed. When we preach the Old Testament outside Christ, we can err a lot by using it to analyse our lives especially our past, what our parents did with sometimes unbiblical conclusions that the reasons why some things happen in our lives is curses, demons etc which again make people go into a frenzy called warfare either for deliverance from the curse or from demons or generational stuff which they may claim that God has revealed. However God has made us able ministers of the New Testament in the blood of Jesus. While some may be true but I am not sure whether people parading such messages actually know what the Cross of Christ is or the magnitude of the sacrifice and the blood of Jesus.

2 Corinthians 3

⁵Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think any thing as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God;

⁶Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.

The truth is that as long as we are in this world Satanic forces will always try to oppose the true Christian progress in many ways, if it is not so then such a person is either not a true Christian or he is not effectively ministering or preaching Christ. If you are walking in Christ you are guaranteed persecution, trials, tribulations and afflictions but we will remain on top and still rule even in the midst of our enemies (not flesh and blood please). These can come and go depending on the level of glory and accompanying assignments. This is not accepting what the devil brings to us but it should not be a reason for going into a defensive frenzy we call warfare. Just because someone is going through does not mean they are cursed or they have sinned or some mundane unbiblical reasons. What such messages have caused is turn Christian who are supposed to be in the offensive into freedom fighters always on the defensive but the word of God or Jesus says who the Son sets free is free indeed. He says that if you are in Him, you are a new creature, the old is gone.

John 16:33:

³³These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

The Lord says i have overcome for. Receive that and rest in it. The word of God says the blood of Jesus speaks better things from heaven. It does not speak from the earth like the blood of Abel and indeed speaks better than the blood of Abel. Please hear me I beg you, God says we should not refuse the voice of the blood of Jesus which speaks from heaven but some are out rightly refusing it and analysing people under curses of devils or generations. Now see what the blood of Abel from the earth says which must be distinguished clearly from the blood of Jesus from heaven. The blood of Abel says “thou art cursed” but the blood of Jesus says you are perfect, blessed, just, of a holy assembly and much more. Many are still preaching to people from the blood of goats and bulls and Abel or first Adam. Please do not receive it and don’t part with your money or substance  for any redemption or so called deliverance rituals that some initiate to free already blood bought Christians from curses of any sort. Please do not do it even when it seems like it has worked or is working. Even herbalists do that and it works for some as they believe. Jesus paid it all. I am still not sure why people preach such messages. We must preach by revelation not just understanding or wisdom, or interpretation or any such things. The word of God is not for any PRIVATE interpretation. We must preach by revelation. Christ is light, He is wisdom, He is understanding in the spirit breathed New Testament. Please read and meditate on these scripture below. Please speak better things and persist in it until your faith becomes effective in Christ. Emphasis mine.

Blood of Abel

Genesis 4

⁹And the LORD said unto Cain, Where is Abel thy brother? And he said, I know not: Am I my brother’s keeper?

¹⁰And he said, WHAT HAST THOU DONE? the voice of thy brother’s blood crieth unto me from the ground.

¹¹And NOW ART THOU CURSED FROM THE EARTH, which hath opened her mouth to receive thy brother’s blood from thy hand;

The Blood of Jesus

Hebrews 12

²²But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels,

²³To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect,

²⁴And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel.

²⁵See that ye refuse not him that speaketh. For if they escaped not who refused him that spake on earth, much more shall not we escape, if we turn away from him that speaketh from heaven:

Philemon 1:6:

⁶That the communication of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus.

God says you cannot escape if you refuse the voice of the blood of Jesus that speak from heaven!!! Let no man deceive you and bring you under any curse again. If you do that is how you will continue to operate anytime you go through any affliction and can never escape. The devil will accuse you “what have you done”. You will continue to analyse instead of resting in the blood.

Actually the first and vital warfare is in our minds and thoughts, high imaginations and strongholds of thoughts that deny and prevent us from accepting and receiving the realities of the new creation eg that we are free and that we are new creatures under GRACE and old things are passed away. We have to put on Christ always until we accept His complete substitution sacrifice. When we are in Christ, our life goes as well. The life we live in the flesh is the life of Christ. So let me ask, is Christ cursed – Capital NO! God forbid. If Christ is not cursed, are you now analysing your old cursed self back to life.

2 Corinthians 10

³For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:

⁴(For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)

⁵Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

⁶And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.

The word admonishes us not to lean on our understanding even of our own study of the Word. Every thought has to be first brought into obedience to Christ. It is only when we do that, the light of Christ or TRUTH which is Jesus Himself will begin to emerge. Men and brethren why will someone come to you with a gospel that analyses your life to the past tons of generations when the Lord says that in Jesus, you are now a new creature, of a new generation, the generation of Jesus Christ, the last Adam, who now the firstborn of many brethren. The word says we are now of the heavenly generation, in this world but not of this world. Our conversation is in heaven. Not only that we analyse our past and put ourselves back under a curse, we now analyse it to flesh and blood as causes of our problems – the wife, mother in-law (commonly), old folks etc. This is what herbalists, occult, spiritualists and clairvoyance do. It is true that some people may be wicked but the Lord says we do not wrestle against flesh and blood. Are you bigger than the word of God?

This is one of the ploys that some preachers especially prosperity preachers use to gainsay and merchandise gullible people. They analyse believers under curses and then lead them in frenzy of prayers called warfare and take money to do such. Those are actually prayers of unbelief because they do not trust in the blood that has delivered them from all curses which they have used the letter that killeth to analyse themselves back under. God says forget the past and look forward. God says new things I declare. God says, in Christ you are redeemed from the curse. Remember when Israel was delivered from Egypt, because they did not trust the Lord who is leading them to Canaan (future new life), as soon as they encountered resistance they remember Egypt. We still behave like that today. when we face trial, we start looking back eg is it what my parents did, is it from my upbringing, is it my sin, and we continue to dig. Then some ministers come and confirm that by their own analysis. Paul says I do not look to the things behind me but the things which are before me. He says as many as are mature should walk with such minds. Peter said do not be surprised of fiery trials. Again Paul said, that in me first Jesus Christ might show forth all long suffering for a pattern to those who will believe in Christ after him. Also the word says when you go through you will be able to comfort others who go through.

Philippians 3

¹³Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,

¹⁴I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.

¹⁵Let us therefore, as many as be perfect, be thus minded: and if in any thing ye be otherwise minded, God shall reveal even this unto you

2 Peter 2:3:

³And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not.

Please men and brethren when you come to Christ, you are a new creature, old things have passes away. ALL THINGS are become new. You did not do it, Christ did it. Can you believe it is the question? All issues may not fall off one day but as you seek the Lord and renew your mind, the chains fall off one by one and you attain true freedom by the truth you know. You are not cursed, you are freely and mightily blessed. Receive your deliverance, receive your freedom in the blood In the mighty Name of Jesus.
